Hearing or seeing the phrase “That’s what’s up” make me want to shoot someone.
It doesn’t really MEAN anything!
A:”Where are you from?”
B: “Wisconsin”
A: “That’s what’s up.”
A: “I just found a dollar!”
B: “That’s what’s up.”
A: “I have a chancre sore that may be herpes.”
B: “That’s what’s up.”
I DOESN’T MEAN ANYTHING, YOU MIGHT AS WELL BE GRUNTING AT ME.
